QG Group developed and executed a bold internal sustainability campaign for Jubilee Insurance, designed to rally employees across East Africa behind the company’s Net Zero commitment. The “I Am a World Saver” movement transformed sustainability from a corporate directive into a personal mission—casting every staff member as an everyday climate hero. Through a multi-phase digital rollout featuring teasers, visuals, and the World Savers Creed, the campaign inspired participation, ownership, and long-term cultural change.
By combining powerful storytelling with practical initiatives such as the “Beautifying Sustainability” plant adoption project and energy-saving actions under “Making It Practical,” the campaign made climate responsibility both engaging and achievable. It successfully turned Net Zero from policy to purpose—uniting teams across the region around Jubilee’s vision of a greener, more sustainable future.
