QG Group developed the unified brand identity for Uganda’s Shared Agent Banking Network, creating a distinctive logo and comprehensive set of usage guidelines adopted by all participating banks. The identity symbolized trust, collaboration, and accessibility — reflecting the sector’s shared vision to bring financial services closer to every Ugandan.
Beyond design, we managed the full 360° brand rollout — from concept to multi-channel launch and public relations. The campaign introduced Agent Banking to market through digital, outdoor, and on-ground activations, ensuring nationwide awareness and consistent representation across member banks. The result was a cohesive national brand presence that positioned Agent Banking as the face of inclusive financial access.
